Generation Kill - HBO Miniseries
Not for the faint-hearted, this seven-hour scripted mini-series spotlights Marines fighting in the Iraq war during the early onset of the conflict. This is an adaptation of Rolling Stone's contributing editor Evan Wright's book of the same name.
Episode 1: Get Some
In the northern desert of Kuwait, First Recon Marines prepare to invade Iraq as the "tip of the spear" for Operation Iraqi Freedom. At the Camp Mathilda staging ground, soldiers in First Recon's Bravo Company combat boredom, cramped tents, a lack of Humvee supplies, mustache protocol, officer ineptitude, a wind storm, an espresso machine fire, and rumors of J-Lo's death while awaiting orders from Col. Stephen "Godfather" Ferrando, the raspy-throated Commander of First Recon. They also welcome a writer ("Scribe") from Rolling Stone magazine, who'll be embedded with Bravo's five-vehicle Platoon 2 unit, riding in a Humvee with Team Leader Brad "Iceman" Colbert, driver Ray Person, and Lance Cpl. Harold Trombley. After an unexpected (and portentous) mass delivery of pizza, the soldiers finally break camp, pack up their Humvees, and cross the northern border into Iraq--and an uncertain future.

Why we fight others...If we are fighting for a reason then what is the reason between us and terrorist. We don't have any rights to kill anyone..

Its true, nobody has the right to kill anyone. Unfortunately, this is an imperfect world and there will always be the Sadaam or Hitler or Bin Laden.

There certainly not after the men who are loving,wise,gentle,compassionate and sharing with there neighbors.. I am tired of men being the whipping boy for all the worlds ills. Yes Women you to are responsible for war and all that is evil with this world to. Every Matriarchies has had its shock troop armies of thugs just like the patriarchy. So i think its high time to call a spade a spade. Lets face it men in general are breed like cattle by women to be mindless killing machines. And if that was not bad enough, now women wanna go on the front line in war and kill to. So much for Wonder Woman Femi-nazi utopia, so much for woman being naturally enlightened peace lovers with my little pony Gaia powers..Thank you womankind for routing out over thousands of years any meager amount of brotherly and sisterly love out of men so you can sit in your fat greedy nest and watch the world burn as long as your children prosper. Maybe now that we gave women more equality, we should demand they be more accountable with there wonder womb powers and have them start thinking seriously of our future. I think it would be wise to leave the path we've been on for far to long and maybe just maybe Women can starting with breeding with nicer guys. Otherwise we together will be to blame of certain annihilation that draws ever closer.
